Mid Strength

3.5% ABV

Our Mid Strength is the ideal middle ground between our New England and West Coast IPAs. Don’t be deceived by the name though, this feel-good sessionable beer packs all the flavour and mouthfeel of a full strength. If you’re looking for the best of both worlds, you’ve found it.

We’ve used a combination of Centennial, Citra, Chinook and El Dorado hops for a citrusy base with a touch of pineapple and tropical fruit on a base of earthy florals. We went light on the malt with this one, but it’s still got complexity thanks to the raw rolled barley and raw wheat backing up its rolled oats and malted barley.

Malt: Malted barley, torrified wheat, raw rolled barley, raw rolled oats

Hops: Citra, Chinook, El Dorado

Yeast: S-33
